Dr. Weil and her staff made my visit enjoyable and educational. All were professional, knowledgeable, and very customer (patient)-oriented. Dr. Weil readily diagnosed my eye problem and was very good at explaining the treatment options. The office is well-run, and of all the doctor offices I've been in, Dr. Weil's is by far the most clean, attractive, and warm. The optical section is particularly stylish, and the optician, Kiki, really knows her trade and was a fun person to work with. I look forward to my next eye exam at Weil Eye Care Medical Center!

I have been seeing Dr. Weil as my primary ophthalmologist and optometrist for over ten years.  In fact, I now drive all the way from Oakland to San Carlos so I can continue to be treated by Dr. Leslie Weil even though i no longer live in Hillsborough.  The office of Dr. Weil in San Carlos is located on a great street (Laurel) with easy parking and other stores nearby so I often end up shopping and/or eating lunch before or dinner after my appointment. Her office looks newly remodeled, and the waiting room is inviting and comfortable.  But i don't usually spend much time time there since Dr. Weil does her best to see me quickly.  This week, I had an urgent situation concerning my vision.  I was able to explain my concerns (reaching her by telephone call after hours).  The next day, i received a telephone call from her office advising me that they had an appointment for me to see Dr. Weil that morning. I continue to shelp to San Carlos because Dr. Weil is a very nice person and is extremely thorough in her examinations and consideration of the various problems i have, including extreme myopia and dry eyes.  Since she also has an optician on staff, i use her office to fit my glasses and contacts too.  Her office assistants have been efficient and the cost of services and glasses have always been reasonable considering I have to pay my optimetric costs out of pocket since i have no vision insurance.

Dr Weil, ophthalmologist, Kiki optometrist were both great. Thorough and patient, since I haven't had a lot of experience with glasses (middle age caught up with me!). Good location, easy parking.

From the first interaction with the staff, to my departure, my experience at Dr. Weil's office was skillful, thorough and friendly.  I also get information about the examination and treatment processes and my presenting problems; as she is a refreshing "educator".  Dr. Weil includes prevention strategies, which fit right into my whole-life practices.  I've recommended her to many, who are pleased.

One word --  professional. This place made me feel like I was their only customer there and any questions I had were explained to me. Every procedure that was done to me, again explained. This is the best Opthamology office experience I ever had. Picking out my glasses was a great experience. Kiki was informative and treated me with white gloves. All I can say is WOW, the best experience I ever had. This is my kind of place. Professional courtesey at it's best. FIVE STARS!!!!
